Not at all! Most people join because they're looking to improve their fitness, not because they've already achieved it. You'll train at your own pace with zero pressure, and if you jump into a class, the coaches will adapt it to your level. All ages and abilities welcome.

That's completely normal. You don't need any previous experience. Every workout can be adjusted to meet your current ability and we'll guide you through everything and help you build confidence as you go.

You pick your start date. Once your purchase has been confirmed we will reach out and get you ready for your start date, your 3 days then start from the date of your first session.

Most people don't want it to end once their 3 days are up. At the end of your VIP pass we'll sit down with you, chat through how it went and help you choose the membership option that best suits your goals, schedule and lifestyle. No pressure and no obligation. Just honest advice on the best next step for you.
